Independent platform

InvictaForum.com and InvictaMarketplace.com are independently owned and operated enthusiast websites. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, operated by, or endorsed by Invicta Watch Group.

Listing service only

Fees paid to Invicta Marketplace purchase advertising and promotional listing services. Invicta Marketplace is not a party to the sale of a watch, does not take possession of watches, and does not hold or divide the purchase price between buyers and sellers.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must have the legal right to sell every listed item and must accurately describe authenticity, condition, model, included accessories, price, and material defects. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, misleadingly described, or prohibited items may not be listed.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must evaluate listings and sellers, verify authenticity and condition, choose an appropriate payment method, and use suitable shipping, insurance, and inspection protections.

Direct transactions

Buyers and sellers independently arrange payment, shipment, returns, warranties, taxes, and dispute resolution. Invicta Marketplace does not guarantee any member, listing, item, transaction, delivery, or outcome.

Enforcement

We may edit, reject, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or harm the community.

These terms should be reviewed and supplemented for the operator's applicable jurisdiction before public launch.
