Listing Fee Refund Policy

Listing and promotional fees pay for digital advertising services. Once a listing is published, featured, pinned, renewed, or otherwise activated, the applicable service fee is generally non-refundable.

If a verified technical failure prevents us from delivering the purchased listing service, contact support within seven days of purchase so we can correct the service or review an appropriate refund.

Invicta Marketplace is not the seller of watches advertised by members and does not process refunds for watch purchases made directly between buyers and sellers.
